Barkada Trip is the physical manifestation of the Studio 23 Kabarkada spirit. Seven quirky and excited animated characters compose Barkada Trip -- each one representing the typical teenage Pinoy. Bok, the leader of the pack, is the resident prankster. His mysterious black feline, Malas, is his partner in crime. Abantao the silent-but-deep rock star, Trixie the ultra kikay, Nikki the sports buff, Marla the masungit man-hater, Derek the techie, and Nori the consummate metrosexual who can't get enough of his pet tarsier named Aries.
It was formally launched during the 9th Anniversary of Studio 23 at Baywalk, Roxas Blvd, otherwise known as BAYBREAK 2005, last Oct 22, 2005.
